USB Connection Issues + System Hangups with Ryzen

Hey guys,

 

Ive got this issue where when im playing a game or even just watching a youtube video or listening to music, some of the usb devices such as my dac and microphone mixer will disconnect and my system will lag massively for a couple of seconds and will return to normal. This happens quite alot and it seems like it isnt my dac causing the issue like I previously thought it was. My keyboard and mouse dont seem to disconnect whenever i have this issue. Any fixes or ideas would be greatly appreciated. May just end up doing a full windows reinstall.

Could be a windows issue, could be a motherboard usb controller problem. Try swapping some ports around and see if different devices fail?

Edit: Ah, didn't see the lag bit. Hm.

Ive tried swapping ports but the issue still persists where it just randomly stops working,
