Does my motherboard support NVMe?

xMystic

No... no m.2 slots.

Did you test boot it, before you built in into the case?

WHY NOT...?!

I have the gigabyte GA-H110M-S2H motherboard and was wondering if I can use this ( https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07VXCFNVS?pf_rd_r=75ZRTM0PQT29V4ZVE3VA&pf_rd_p=e632fea2-678f-4848-9a97-bcecda59cb4e ) with it? If not, could you suggest something I can have, or do I just need to get a new motherboard?

Your motherboard does not have an M.2 slot, so the only way it can support M.2 NVME/PCIE SSD's (like the Kingston you linked) is by using a PCIE to M.2 card.

I would not so that and just get a 'normal' 2.5" SATA SSD instead.

Not that NVMe is going to be a real-world noticeable difference to a 2.5" S-ATA SSD, anyway...
