How do you find what memory type you have?

I'm currently trying to figure out what die my memory uses. I have G.Skill's Ripjaws V 3200MHz (F4-3000C15D-16GVKB). I would appreciate if someone were to just tell me, but it would be more helpful to know where to find this information (I will need to find this info for other RAM kits soon). I didn't see it listed anywhere on G.Skill's product page. Thanks for the help :)

Don't care about the difference in IC's

Care about the frequency and cas latency

This is either using hynix or micron IC's but not b die ( 99% chance it's not )

If another kit has a different IC that just means one won't over clock as well

PC: Motherboard: ASUS B550M TUF-Plus, CPU: Ryzen 3 3100, CPU Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34, GPU: GIGABYTE WindForce GTX1650S, RAM: HyperX Fury RGB 2x8GB 3200 CL16, Case, CoolerMaster MB311L ARGB, Boot Drive: 250GB MX500, Game Drive: WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM HDD.

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad.

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).

G-SKill has a label on its ram sticks, it will tell you what die it uses.

Quote

G.Skill 042 Code

  • Similar to Corsair, G.Skill uses a 042 code to indicate the ICs.
  • Example: 04213X8810B
    • The first bolded letter is the density. 4 for 4Gb and 8 for 8Gb.
    • The second bolded pair is the manufacturer. 10 for Samsung and 21 for Hynix.
    • The last character is the revision.
    • This is the code for Samsung 8Gb B-die.
  • See the r/overclocking wiki for a full list.
