Posted June 24, 2020 I got a 3700x and a 360mm rad by corsair thinking that the rad would keep temps extremely low and have plenty of headroom for overclocking and upgrading. The temps have been extremely high, reaching 85c stock with no OC. A small oc with 1.3 ish volts pushes temps up to high 90s under load. Room temp is around 30c. I'm using the stock thermal pad, and have fan speed on max as well as pump on max. The rad has no obstructions and is in the Lian Li 011 Dynamic with 9 fans. Posted June 24, 2020 Author I was thinking this was the most likely issue but still wasn't sure if it could be a faulty pump, although now that i think about it, the thermal paste is probably it.
