Embedded = Sold only to OEMs, which means those in the used market are all ripped out from older systems, making them rare.

 

I dont see anything special about it though, supporting dual socket, DDR4 is a common thing for E5 2xxx v3 CPUs and the clock speeds arent anything to write home about either. Also, locked multiplier (no surprise)

probably ripped from some dual socket server at some point.

looks like a decent chip, but imo nothing too remarkable.
