You can find GTX 750 ti models that easily fit small spaces. For an old Pentium and a 300 watt OEM PSU, you wouldn't want to go much higher anyway.

Primary PC:

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

1650/1650S? The single-fan models should be under 9".

Keep in mind that that 2C/2T Pentium is going to bottleneck pretty much any current-gen graphics card you can get.
