Is This a Bottleneck?

Cpu = Ryzen 9 3950x Overclocked at 4.7

 

Gpu = Titan RTX x 2

 

Psu = Ax1500i

These Hardwares Would Bottleneck?

But for gaming 2 titan RTXes aren't worth it, SLI support is dead.

buying 2 cards is not worth it for gaming, i'd suggest you save money and stick with one card.

Or wait for the next generation, as it's coming out in a few months.
