Hello I was just picking out parts for a new PC on part picker and was wondering if this note is a problem: The motherboard M.2 slot #1 shares bandwidth with SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports. When the M.2 slot is populated, two SATA 6.0 Gb/s ports are disabled.

If someone could help me understand what it means and tell me if it is a problem or not that would be great :)

You can just use other ports, that motherboard has 4, of which only 2 will be disabled. However if you are going to want more than 3 SATA drives (including the m.2 drive) in the future I would instead suggest going with a standard SATA SSD instead of an m.2 SATA SSD.

Perfectly normal; it's a lane allocation limitation.

Like @BobVonBob said, swap out the m.2 drive or swap out the intended board for one w/ more S-ATA III ports.

Current PC spec. in my profile.
Can I realistically call myself a gamer, if I only play ONE, twenty year old game...?

Did you test boot it, before you built in into the case?

WHY NOT...?!

It has 6; so 4 spare if the m.2 is used.

Oh, I didn't see the 2 along the bottom of the board.
