Need help with deciding if this upgrade as many limitations

I am looking to upgrade my motherboard, CUP, memory and PSU to this list below:

I am also going to be using the stock聽rgb wraith prism cooler, and an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 TI graphics card (they aren't listed anywhere to put in the list for whatever reason). I'm just wondering if I'm all good to go with buying these parts and using them, or if it'd be worth spending a little more on a new CPU cooler聽or different motherboard or anything really, as I know close to nothing about this.

And in case it matters, I might be using this build for blender renders or streaming, but mostly playing games.

If you can wait, then wait for next gen ryzen. If you have to upgrade now, good choice of parts.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

I have a聽AMD FX-6350 six core processor with 6 threads at 3.9 GHz, some form of Micro ATX / ATX power supply (I'm not sure what it is), an ASUS M5A78-M PLUS/USB3 motherboard and 4 X 4GB DDR3 1333 CL9 memory.

And I'm not sure how long I can wait; preferably I'm looking to upgrade soon because my CPU is starting to struggle with literally everything, do you know how long I'd have to wait for?

No exact date yet, but they will come "later this year". My educated guess would be around september-october.

So in the long run, if i were to get the tomahawk max, what GPU would you recommend for this build, and with my intentions for what I am going to use it for? I'm usually not TOO-too bothered by graphics, all I'm really looking for is smooth and consistent performance, and for it to be relatively future-proof for upcoming games.

I think Ryzen 4000 might be delayed so if that is true why not just grab 3000? Also with those sticks of RAM and that mobo I am not amazed at all it struggles... I bet the voltage regulator is overheating and the RAM sticks isn't very fast by modern standards.聽 馃槈

Yeah, I've realised that my PC is a little out of date, sometimes it struggles to run the background windows processes. The only reason I chose the CPU I did is because it's not too expensive and it's a huge upgrade from what I currently have; the CPU is the reason I'm having to pretty much upgrade everything anyway

I'm not looking to break the bank with a new GPU, as i said before graphics don't really matter so much for me, and if I am going to upgrade it it probably wouldn't be for the rest of the year at least, because it works for what I currently use it for. So I guess a budget for a new GPU in the future would be about 拢300? If I'm going to upgrade, I might as well make it a useful one.
