Nope.

Anything below 10ms is just fine.

Don't consfuse response time with input lag, they're not the same.

Thanks looking online they all say 8ms response time isn't good for fps games

I don't know where the shop has pulled that 8ms figure as MSI claims that it's 1ms panel.

I couldn't find any trustworthy reviews for the monitor either, so I really don't know where the 8ms figure comes from.

 

But as a VA panel it will have some ghosting issues, so be prepared for that.

That’s a 32 inch 1080p screen. It’s gonna be grainy looking unless you sit far away from it
