USB ISSUE

hi i 'm new to this community. i have a very strange issue with my usb ports .i don't know actually what causes this .however when i typing something keyboard automatically types multiple letter's at ones .also in gaming i cant move the person smoothly.as a example when i play gta moving the character is so difficult.next thing is that mouse middle button not working properly or scrolling so fast.actually there are not in control.what should i do for this.do i need to update bios.

Sounds like dirty peripherals.  Double hits and jerking can happen when stuff gets sticky and clogged.   Maybe try cleaning everything?

tried every thing. change the keyboard and mouse too. also changed the casing. because i thought old case has cable issue.but problem still happening.i cant get idea on this what's going on

Could also be some sort of driver issue.  Possibly interrupting software.  Replacing dirt filled peripherals with more dirty peripherals won’t do anything of course.  Double hits are almost always either user or peripheral based.  Janky mouse has somewhat greater likelyhood to be software.  If it was occasional drops that might be different but double hits is usually user or peripheral.  Maybe update mouse and keyboard drivers just because?

What keyboard is it? Sounds like you have some sort of turbo/key repeat active somewhere.

 

Can you take a video of yourself typing/gaming?

Boot into safe mode and see if the issue persists. If it does it's a driver issue. 

 

What KB/M are you using and does it come with 3rd party software like Cue or Logi GS?

It’s a not upper level software thing anyway.

LGS and Cue can make double-types and double-clicks occur. It's easier to fix those programs than to try and figure out a driver issue or physical issue.

Are you perhaps using wireless mouse and keyboard? Signal interruptions could explain this...

no. they  are usb keyboard and mouse.

hey guy's i'm back... today i tried out ps/2 keyboard and it worked without any issues.i think problem with my m/b and usb port's

hmm, i think usb keyboard and ps/2 keyboards use different drivers, 

it could still be a driver issue have you tried safe mode yet?

oh nop yet.but if safe mode solved the issue what can i do for that?
