These r my results

Recently i am getting sometimes low fps nd sometimes high fps in the same game(exact same place & time)

Recently my pc restarted several times as a result of frequent brownouts in my locality.

So can anyone tell me if my bechmarks look normal or some component is bad.

Your thermal throttling most likely

Make sure to check your vcore voltage

So it's not the voltage

Try reseating the cooler and re applying thermal paste

A stress test itsnt always accurate so it nothing fixed it  and the temps kept being at the 90's ( in a stress test ) then just monitor your temps while your doing your normal load

If it's fine then it should be good for the most part

Then I guess it's normal

Stress test is a synthetic test and it's rarely a thing you will encounter in the real world

Not while doing anything

Oh that makes a difference

Wait no

Reseat the cooler and make sure there is sufficient thermal paste

Update the bios
