Pc crash

Keep on getting this on my pc when launching chrome, any ideas of help, ran norton antivirus and cmd scan and no antivirus but disc usage was at 100% on task manager but as i was closing things chrome crashed. Is this  a problem with chrome or something else? Have 1 internal and 1 external hard drive tried booting without external and ran S.M.A.R.T and still same issue? No overclock

after its done

cchkdsk /f/r

press y to restart and run

Ok ill try this, anything if it dosent work?

lets start there

but you can also review the event view

just search "event viewer" in windows

Clean boot your computer and afterwards check your eventviewer for any .dll file conflicting.
