What Does this Symbol Mean?

Hi all,

 

I found this symbol on the under side of both of my Acer laptops, does anyone know what does mean or do?

That is a battery reset hole. You use that pinhole to perform a battery reset in case your laptop is really badly frozen and you need to reseat the battery, which can't be done on modern laptops with built in batteries. (At least not easily.)

Thanks. So basically the equivalent of pulling the power cord on pcs.
