Started PC for First Time

I started my PC for the first time after just building it... and for some reason it won’t display anything on boot, my top fans run but don’t light up and my MnK won’t connect to it through USB. Any ideas? I’m trying to use integrated graphics.

What are your specs? You don't have a graphics card, so if your CPU doesn't have integrated graphics then you won't get a video output.

Try to reseat the ram and make sure all of the power connectors are plugged in all the way, particularly the EPS power for the CPU.

In the back of you mobo, there should be a small button that says cmos (not sure if your mobo has that tho, sorry mate)

What motherboard?

Most high-end motherboards (yours certainly looks high-end) have either debug LEDs or a whole LED screen to show what's causing it to not boot.

I have check the specification of the mobo and it seems that you have a clear cmos jumber(not a button) in the internal i/o ports. Try clearing the cmos

I may have to rip it apart again and restart on my next day off from work. Shouldn’t take as long now that I know where everything goes

does your motherboard have LED lights (hopefully labeled CPU, RAM/Memory, GPU) somewhere to the right of the RAM slots?

Not a bad idea, but in general a good practice is to build the barebones PC (that's Motherboard, CPU, RAM, PSU only) outside of the case on a non conductive surface. (the cardboard box your motherboard came in is a good choice).

If that works, then move it into the case.

It's easier to troubleshoot and diagnose dead parts when the motherboard is easily accessible.

Not that I can see but my Ram is supposed to light up as well and it wasn’t there’s must be something not letting power to get to it

That's a super niche problem that a normal user likely wouldn't have.

There's good troubleshooting steps in here, but the issue itself is VERY rare and I'd bet my left nut that the issue that Jay has isn't the problem with this PC.
