Started PC for First Time

That's important information. Make sure your RAM is fully seated in the slot. (clips are fully down).

Also make sure that your RAM is installed according to the user manual. If you have two ram sticks, they should be installed in the A2 and B2 slots.

If you have four slots CPU -- A1 - A2 - B1 - B2 where A1 is closest to the CPU and B2 is furthest.

I don’t have the time to do it tonight, I believe I put them in correctly though they are in slot 2 and 4 as it says in the manual. I will have time tomorrow to mess with it more. Thank you all for the help, when I get back at it tomorrow I will keep you guys updated.

If you haven't reset your CMOS yet, IIRC removing the motherboard battery resets the CMOS.
