1920×1200

So, I'm getting a new Macbook Air 2020 and it has a "2K 16:10"(2560x1600) screen

but I'm asking what's the 1080p for 16:10 so I can change to it

So I'll probably save some battery life also

I don't think you will see a considerable change to battery life. The graphics chip will save only some Milliwatts by lowering resolution.

There is no 1080p "official" 16:10 resolution. You can either use 1920x1200 (official) or go with a custom 1728x1080 (never heard of it and unlikely to be supported).

By default in macOS the display will always be running at native res, you can just change the scaling (at least for MacBooks), not the actual resolution output.

I don't really get why you'd do this for power saving though - it'd just make everything blurry since you're not running at the native resolution, and the improvement to battery life would be minimal at best.

you won't save any power and just make stuff blurry.
