LGA 1150 motherboard

I am looking for the best LGA 1150 motherboard I can get for around $110 that will be paired with a i5-4670k, and the processor will be extensively overclocked. Maximum price I can go to is $140, and a mATX/m-ITX us my preferred form factor. Any help will be appreciated, I already have custom water cooling parts on the way with a 240mm rad to cool it.

I would suggest just google ASUS or Gigabyte 1150 and take your pick.  You pretty much can't go wrong with these brands.

MSI GamingM or the MSI gmain mitx version.

What kind of case are you considering? Some Mini-ITX boards such as the Gigabyte Z87N-Wifi and the MSi Z87i can have horrible cable layouts depending on your case.

Gaming is too large, and the m-itx one is sadly $200

What kind of case are you considering? Some Mini-ITX boards such as the Gigabyte Z87N-Wifi and the MSi Z87i can have horrible cable layouts depending on your case. 

As for now it will be on a test bench

Oh, I was under the impression it was atx, my fault. I may go with that one, has a cool-ish scheme to it also.

No problem the MSI G45 and GD 65 are ATX the rest is mATX and mITX.
