The P2 uses QLC (worse endurance, worse write performance).  For same money I'd grab a nice 3D TLC drive with better read/writes like this:

https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/2cJtt6/western-digital-blue-sn500-500-gb-m2-2280-solid-state-drive-wds500g1b0c

For about 36 quid more you can get a 1TB NVMe (TLC as well and not QLC like Intel 660p): https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/3ftQzy/adata-xpg-sx6000-1tb-m2-2280-solid-state-drive-asx6000np-1tt-c

I was going to suggest just this, but I have to advise against the SX6000 too, as it lacks a DRAM cache.

What I'd change about the build is swap out the Crucial P2 for either of these: Sabrent Rocket, ADATA SX8200 Pro, HP EX950, Silicon Power A80, Samsung 970 Evo, WD SN750.

Also, instead of going higher wattage (which you don't need), I'd get a higher quality PSU - something like an RM550x or Straight Power 11 550W will work great with that system.

Other than that it looks good. Well that 5700XT's kind of on the expensive side and I'd probably get an MSI Gaming X or Powercolor Red Devil instead, but the AORUS is also really good.

Desktop: Intel Core i9-9900K | ASUS Strix Z390-F | G.Skill Trident Z Neo 2x16GB 3200MHz CL14 | EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER XC Ultra | Corsair RM650x | Fractal Design Define R6

Laptop: 2018 Apple MacBook Pro 13"  --  i5-8259U | 8GB LPDDR3 | 512GB NVMe

Peripherals: Leopold FC660C w/ Topre Silent 45g | Logitech MX Master 3 & Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed | HIFIMAN HE400se & iFi ZEN DAC | Audio-Technica AT2020USB+

Display: Gigabyte G34WQC

All jokes aside your build looks solid. Maybe look out for the AOC 24G2 as it's the flat IPS variant of that monitor. You have the curved VA panel. At 24" the curve might be more distracting than functional.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

The rx5700 is a decent bit stronger than a 2060. So even for streaming you can use gpu encode to start.
