Epic games 0 b/s

I need help my average download speed is around 10 mb/s and it the epic launcher for fortnite download is 0 b/s then 5 b/s for a second then goes back steam uses my full download speed no problems why does epic do this? its a 300 mb file not a 900 gb

Do the downloads take a reasonable amount of time? I don't use the epic launcher but I have seen people complaining that the speed will show as 0mb/s, but the file is actually downloading at a normal speed.

If you load task manager whats the network graph show being used?
