No you don't you only need to if you want to ln2 over clock it just heavy over clock a cpu

A single 8 pin eps can provide up to 250 or 235 Im pretty sure

actually it can provide 384w meaning that you wotn need the extra 4pin for normal usage and overclocking.

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.
