i think my cpu dying

so about 3 months ago around when i bought my new cpu i ran a cinabench r20 test on my ryzen 5 3600 and got a score of 3722 and now i ran a cinebench test and got a score of 1900. What happend to the score :/

Do you have any OCs active? Or are you completely stock? Temps?

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

yeah, but 80c still isn't to high for the 3600

yea 80 is nothing. Even Apple lets this happen and their systems do not burn down.

Idle above 50c is worrisome.  80c under heavy load would be normal.  80c idle is crazy high

i think its idling in the mid 70's, but still, im not sure what this guy wants as he has two threads and doesn't seem to want the answers lol
