Next generation(?) of PC hardware

What are the next generation of PC hardware being released this year and early next year from Intel, AMD and nVidia?

I've heard about the next gen Ryzen, the next gen GTX, etc but not much on the GPU lineup from AMD.

Asking from the perspective of upgrading (or building completely from scratch).

AMD ryzen 4000 AMD rdna2 and Nvidia etc. 3000 are all rumored to be a good opportunity for upgrading 

But we‘ll have to wait and see if that’s true
