So, my previous headset recently died and i want to buy a microphone and a wireless headset to have a clean looking desktop and start streaming a bit.

I chose the Astro A50 but for the mic i really don't know what to buy ... I first wanted to buy a Yeti X but it's sold out ...

Also, my mom doesn't want to buy things under 150~ euros cuz its "cheap" and won't last long ... Also, I know that XLR gives more possibilities but i dont have a lot of place on my desk for an amp ...

Could you guys give me advices and some good mics/amps ? ^^ thanks

XLR tends to be my suggestion if you care about quality, the Behringer C2 and UM2 combo should be under $100 and it's damn good sounding for the money, check the link in my signature for other options and the reason most USB mics suck donkey testicles. You could always grab a Samson Q2U and use it as a USB mic, then if you move to XLR you already have a decent mic to use.

well, as i said, i dont really care about money cuz my mom wants something that costs more than 150 bucks ...

at that price point (over 150 bucks but lets say not higher than 250), what could you reccomend ?

ps: i care more about the size than the price cuz my desk is kinda small and overcharged ... btw, can i screw somehow an amp under my desk ?

If you don't care about price take a look at the link in my signature, read through that so you can give us an idea of the sort of products you want and then you'll be able to make a more informed choice.

I took a look at the focusrite solo, and the size seems kind of fine, quality wise, is it ok ?

Yeah, no, you didn't look, I can tell, but in answer to your question, yes it's decent but a UMC202HD is cheaper and is better but you really only need a UM2 or UMC22. I'd suggest the 202 for people doing audio production or using high end headphones but if you just want a mic the other two are better value. As for microphones, I highly suggest you actually read the link this time as it will give you an idea of what kind of mic to get.
