Bottlenecking a processor with ram

Well often i see on intel's website that specific processor are marked with certain amount of memory size specially the non k one's and most of them have the highest of 32 gb. Well at least for pentium g4560. So, a while back i saw linus experimenting 2TB worth of crome tabs than i thought what will happen if we put such an   insane ammount of ram with a processor like g 4560 considering in a 7th gen system with 2400mhz frequency.

I mean, you can't.... The memory controller on a normal desktop CPU just can't address that much RAM, not to mention the mobo not having enough slots.

 

If you COULD somehow do it (which you can't...), yea the CPU would choke. It wouldn't be able to process everything trying to be done, assuming your trying to open a thousand tabs.

max RAM for G4560 is 64GB, having more will lead to the system failing to post.

Is it proportional to the thread count? Or simply the volume of information is too much for the cpu to process?
