Recommended Graphics card for upgrade?

I have a dell inspirion 620, and I want to upgrade the graphics card. (and possible ram)

The specs currently are:

Intel i5 2310

6 GB ram

Radeon HD 6450

 

The PSU is 300w and there is no 6 pin graphics card plug available. There is space for a 2-slot card, but it must be a shorter card. Budget for card is under $50.

What do you recommend?

I Think You Need To Upgrade Your CPU As Well So I Think The Cheapest Option Would Be Getting A Ryzen 5 2400G Which Comes With Vega 11 Which Is Equivalent To The GT 1030 So You Don't Need To Buy A Separate GPU,Also For The RAM,Maybe Get A Corsair Vengeance 2x4 3000MHz

At that point I might as well buy a whole new computer, I'm just looking for a relatively cheap upgrade.

GT 1030 Would Cost You About £70-£90 On It's Own 

750 Ti Would Cost You About £180-£200 On It's Own

 

Keep In Mind That These Prices Are From Official Sellers Like ASUS And EVGA So You Can Buy Cheaper Used Ones

 

The Ryzen 5 3400G Would Cost You £140 And It Comes With Vega 11 Which Is Equivalent To The GT 1030

 

For The RAM

 

Just Go With Corsair Vengeance,I Think They're The Cheapest
