What’s making this noise?

Hey guys, what could possibly make this noise? It’s very hard to pinpoint where in my case it’s coming from, but I feel it’s the CPU/GPU area. It doesn’t change in frequency at all either, it stays constant.

EDIT 2: Video appears to be right fucked. I think I've narrowed it down to one of the MF120R fans I have on the bottom of my case. I knew Cooler Master was shit
