So i recently reinstalled windows because my laptop was getting slow and buggy but now that i have everything back the little line that marks where your typing has grown huge i asked r/techsupport and no one knew anything please help if you know anything.

Is your mouse cursor also large?

If not it sounds like a screen or cursor setting i suggest you have a look through the following setting in control panel (you can use start search):
Cursor and pointer
Display settings

Hey there. I think it's an Ease of Access setting. To return the text cursor to its original size:

Go to Settings.
Select Ease of Access.
Select Cursor & Pointer from the left panel.
Under Change Cursor Thickness, slide the slider all the way to the left.
Test your cursor in the search box again. Your cursor size should be smaller.

thx it was rlly annoying me whenever i tryped inside of a windows program really helped me Eschew
