GTA V low fps

Rafael F1

I bought a new gpu, upgrading from a gtx 1050Ti to a gtx 1660super. After running some games to see how it's performing, I noticed a huge differance, playing with low settings at barely 60 fps with old gpu to high settings, 100+fps with the new gpu. Now, in Gta V is a total downgrade.I mean i barely get 50 fps in the town with low textures and shading and mostly everything else from the old 1050Ti that i could reach smooth 70 fps with high textures and high shading... What is happening? Can someone explain why only in GTA V i get worse frames than before????Also, the game is installed on hdd but that doesnt matter cause when i had the old gpu it was running smoothly...Help please?

And also, the gpu was not NVIDIA GTX 1660 Super but a Geforce one, and it came with Aorus drivers CD
