I haven't seen reviews for either. I assume being an EK supreme they are both high restriction blocks requiring high flow rates to perform well but short of a proper review its hard to say. These days the difference from the best to the worst blocks seems to be about 5C so long as everything else is OK so it wont matter much. But I would try and hunt down some quality in depth reviews on them comparing to other blocks before purchasing.

The supremacy is their high end CPU block, and has the most support for different socket chipsets (it comes with replaceable jet plates that work better for different sockets).
