Anyone know the specific time when this card will be coming out and be on shelves?

 

I'm excited to get this card but I don't know specifically when I'll be able to get it.

I have seen it on techpowerup with some not exactly leaked photos but they were up there.

from what i have read there was only 12 of the 780 ti lightning series cards made and they will not be sold to consumers
