CPU Idoling at 45?

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.

100% normal with a 3700x, I have one as well and idle in the upper 40s low 50s with full custom water loop.

That's normal for Ryzen 3000 (zen 2). They are warm. And it's about 50% of the temperature those can handle.

Yeah, those idle temps are fine, load temps are what matter.
