Are you connecting the Laptop via usb c

if yes the bandwith of the Laptop‘s usb c port might be to low ( usb 3.0) and therefore not able Carry the signal of two HDMI vieos.

I hope that that was helpful. If my suggestions were incorrect please let me know

try using the HDMI for connecting the laptop with a monitor. I don‘t see there a possibility to connect 2 extra monitors to your laptop. ( other Forum users please correct me if i‘m wrong

if your monitor is connected to a HDMI output on the hub and the hub is plugged into the laptop it should work.

So USB-C works on its own, HDMI works on its own but not both together?

hi @Kilrah pretty much it,

if i connect only one monitor with hdmi it works

if i use only the usb c

or even the dockstation on th usb c, it is working for other devices ( mouse and keyboard) they are working

only the video that isnt working

and the hub work perfectly with the laptop from work, only with my personal laptop Asus fx553v that it isnt working

From what I can see with a quick search this laptop only supports one external monitor.

Possible Solution:

monitor1 : use HDMI Port of laptop

monitor 2 : connect usb c hub to laptop and monitor2 to hub

mouse and keyboard : use usb A Ports of the laptop

I hope that this works

what is your laptop for work?
