K70 or G710+

which of these is the better keyboard? they both have the media keys which i like, i think the k70 looks a bit better but just want to get peoples opinion.

 

also will the k95 be available in browns any time soon? i like the macro keys and would love a k95 in browns. but its not that big of a deal i might grab an orbweaver or something similar and use it for macros.

I'd recommend the G710+ simply because I've had a logitech G19 since summer of 2011 and it still has yet to let me down. The keys are all in great shape still and the software recently had a badass update that makes the keyboard that much better. I've never had an issue with the keyboard, and I would recommend Logitech to anybody looking for a keyboard with reliable quality. The only thing I really don't like about logitech is their outdated color scheme on the box. The Blue and black looks like it's from the 90's... Just saying.

If you like aesthetics the k70, if you want MOAR buttons and a white back light then g710+

g710+ comes with rubber o-rings pre-installed. It makes the browns quieter, but some people think it makes them feel too squishy. If you want to try o-rings you could always get the  k70 and buy them on amazon for 5 bucks or so (o-rings on mechanical keyboard websites are ridiculously overpriced).

When I was shopping for my current mechanical keyboard I was going through the exact same dilemma, though I ended up buying the G710+. It is definitely an amazing keyboard and the Logitech programing software is second to none. The K70 top is made of aluminum, but the back is cheap plastic. Also it has no dedicated macro buttons, which for me personally is a real deal breaker. The buttons on the G710+ are also quieter because of the rubberized rings built inside the buttons itself.

i own the k70 so i vote for that. it has great build quality with the aluminium and it think it looks great as well. also if you use media keys the k70 is good for that, i find i use them pretty often especially the volume roller.

From personal experience:

 

My brother: I bought him the K90 for his BDay, thinking it was a decent keyboard and featured the makro keys he likes.

 

K90 -> 6x RMA [Dead LEDS, Dead keys, pressing "m" once -> "mmmmmmmmmmmmm", and so on and so forth], then the store gave him a G710+ for free. And I must say, had the G710+ been out when I bought the K90 I would have gone for it right away. 

 

It's a R E A L L Y awesome keyboad. I'd go for the the Logitech one any day over the corsair one.
