The power supply is garbage, here's the tier list:

You should get something A or A+ grade, never cheap out on a PSU, it's a crucial component.

The case is also very cheap and so are the fans, just get a better case eg. Phanteks P400 Air and don't buy extra fans.

Edit: I just realised the motherboard is extremely budget oriented too. You should look at B450 chipset eg. MAX motherboards from MSI to ensure compatibility and at least a sensible set of features.

get an rx 5700 xt, same performance as a rtx 2070 super for a whole lot cheaper

use the money that you saved by getting an rx 5700 xt and get a b450m ds3h motherboard and a half decent psu, you need anything too fancy

and also that cpu is a good bit overkill, anything like an rx 5700 xt or a 2070 super need anything more powerful than a ryzen 7 2700x

adding onto what konrad said, dont cheap out on the case and dont buy extra fans as the case comes with them. you never want to cheap out on a case, you will regret it if you do.

i hope this helps.

You can drop to a Ryzen 3600 and stream using your GPU with NVENC. The money saved can go to an actual good motherboard, a better case and an actual PSU.

Laptop: 2018 Apple MacBook Pro 13"  --  i5-8259U | 8GB LPDDR3 | 512GB NVMe

Peripherals: Leopold FC660C w/ Topre Silent 45g | Logitech MX Master 3 & Razer Basilisk X HyperSpeed | HIFIMAN HE400se & iFi ZEN DAC | Audio-Technica AT2020USB+
