Could anyone recommend an app for my phone and pc that can utilise my phones cam and mic that can be trusted?

There are multiple tutorials out there which explain this better than I do but the general idea is that you download an IP webcam app on your phone and you essentially host a camera live feed online which you can use on your pc, however I'm not sure you can use your microphone as well.
