What case fan is this? Bought it in local shop didnt even get a box with it

Doesn't look like any of their current fans available. 

 

I'd imagine it's a fan they include with their cases.

So it is really bad? I basically got scammed for buying each for 15$?

Looks like an included fan from a case from antec as they don't sell these separately anywhere I can find.

$15 is a ripoff for that, yes. You can buy their nice quality case fans that they sell individually for that price.

I try to pay around $4 per quality fan.  I would only pay $15 per fan for some bad ass fans.  I do not believe these are bad ass fans.

Yes, its bit older, but not that old (from 2017, not like 2012). Also the price is close to MSRP, though without a box you should have got discount for it. They aren't manufactured anymore, and Antec doesn't keep list of old products.
