you can't get 7.7GHz memory...that doesn't exist.
What you're getting is 1200MHz real, 2400MHz effective clock. Aka what your sticks are capable of.

so im only getting 1199 MHz when i should be getting 7732MHZ

theses are the ram im using i got 2x https://www.digitalmatrixcomputers.com.au/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=11_284&products_id=102073 and 1x https://www.scorptec.com.au/product/Memory/DDR4/63460-F4-2400C15S-16GIS

is it cuz of slot order? and i do have xmp on

Why should you be getting 7732Mhz?

And are you familiar with how the speeds in DDR memory are calculated?

In short, if something like Task Manager or CPU-Z says you're getting 1199Mhz, you have to double that to get the speeds your motherboard/RAM manufacturer advertises.

what the fuck? ram sticks should never be mixed, you need completely identical ram sticks, get that 16gb stick out and use only 2x8gb, and put them in second and fourth ram slot from CPU

i think the problem is the ram configuration, you cant use 2x8 and a single 16gb even the speed are the same.

it should be 4x8 or 2x16
