9700K @5Ghz

Just got my 9700k and had to overclock. Max temp on a Kraken x53 was 72c. Not too shabby.

 

Stable @ 1.35v, 5Ghz. Cinebench R15 max score was 1515. Not sure how some are getting 1600's at 5ghz but maybe I can push 5.1/5.2.

 

Anyone have similar results?

Okay, so I read online you can get higher scores with cinebench ran as admin and realtime priority.

 

My computer completely froze but the test did run. 1659 sounds a lot better lol.

Interesting to compare the generational improvements from 8th to 9th gen i7 at equal clocks
