Anyone here use any free benchmarking tools like the ones linus and other reviewers use for their videos?

My CPU temps range from 35 - 60 during idle... (evga CLC 280)

and my 5700 xt gigabyte gaming OC at around 50-55 idle

Willing to benchmark it idle and on load if possible

edit: for temperatures (not scores)

If you have so wide change in temp range, we aren't talking about idle anymore. See your CPU/GPU usage and compare that to temp results. GPU usage should be at 10-20% with basic browsing and such.

Is it true that it can damage the CPU?   In certain tests...

Some versions on some CPUs. Important thing is how to use things. The issue with P95 (and couple others like Furmark) is that they put unreasonable demand, and if you don't control things correctly, that will cause issues. Talking about voltages here as voltages kill things. Not temps, not usage.
