Need Help Quick!

Hey Guys,

 

So I recently bought a Zotac Mini GTX 1070 USED LIKE NEW. I installed it and everything was great. After a few days, i started to get lag spicks in games. So I decided to run user benchmark test. I closed everything, and my GPU was 15th percentile. Can you guys either help me find the issue, or help me decide whether return it or not. Returns expire in 2 days. Also my CPU is a Ryzen 5 1500x, and I bought the gpu on Amazon from a trusted seller.  Thanks!

it over clocks your ram so it can run at its advertised speed (its called dcop for amd users )
