It’s all plugged in, it’s getting power just not showing up

1. Is the pcie slot confirmed working?

2 . Is the gpu confirmed working?

3. Is the screen/cable confirmed working?

4. Is your screen on auto detect or HDMI?

5. Do you have the latest BIOS?

And I know this sounds stupid as hell but since that is an oem build and it looks old make sure it's pcie not pci and make sure the PSU can actually provide stable power

Peripherals: GK61 (Optical Gateron Red) with Mistel White/Orange keycaps, Logitech G102 (Purple), BitWit Ensemble Grey Deskpad. 

 

Audio: Logitech G432, Moondrop Starfield, Mic: Razer Siren Mini (White).

 

Phone: Pixel 3a (Purple-ish).
