PC Restarts when under certain loads

My PC specs are,
Motherboard: MSI B450 Tomahawk Max
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3800X
Cooler: Scythe Ninja 5
RAM: Corsair LPX 32GB 3200Mhz DDR4
SSD: 120GB SATA (Boot, Programs)
SSD CACHE: 480GB x 2 (Config fee included)
HDD: Western Digital 1TB 3.5" 7200rpm
GPU: MSI RX5700XT 8GB Mech OC
PSU: Corsair CX750M 80 Plus Bronze

whenever i play game or render something over 720px it restarts

What are your temps?

Your PSU should provide enough power, so I suspect that some component is getting too hot. Given that it happens during gaming and rendering, you should check your GPU temp. If they are too high, make sure it's getting cooled enough.

Make sure GPU drivers and BIOS are up to date. If it's a black screen you're getting, it's a pretty common problem for Navi GPU systems.

yeah all of them are up to date and there is no black screen it just reboots
