Replacement part - case top - 3 fan fitment

I am looking for a replacement case lid, I don't care what case it belongs to, so long as it can fit 3 fans and is 18" or 460mm long - it can be over 18" by an inch or two, but it can't be under.

 

I need one for a project, but my google skills are apparently somewhat lacking - wondered whether anyone had a place they regularly shopped at for this type of thing or had better google skills.

 

I would rather not buy off of ebay because...well F ebay.
