I have ran a new cat6 cable just to be sure it was not the wiring. Purchased new router and modem. Re installed windows 10. Updated the network adapter's manually 12.18.8.9 (7) 1219-v. did all the new ipconfig/commands in CMD . Went as far as running TronScript/reddit download nothing. I have also double/triple checked all of the settings in my router setting's. I am currently running Windows 10 Version 1909.

For my CPU I am running i9-9900k with a ASUS Prime z390-A. I just can't seem to wrap my head around the issue tried many thing's checked setting's made sure they were turned off and looked deep into google for over 5 month's now. all works well then in the morning I will have internet for 3 minuets then dc and have it repeat's itself 10 times Same issue occurs with some times at night. I assumed this was an issue with my isp and am waiting for the fcc to finish there investigation since Cox runs a monopoly around my Area and I am paying 140 $ a month and not getting even close to 300 down and 30 up. Jitter on the nodes will get supper bad but my wireless internet does not go out which makes no sense to me at all.

TL;DNR

this thing might need to be organized a bit.

That just completely eluded me.  I read the thing and can’t figure out exactly what you are asking.  It starts with a whole bunch of checking and mitigation. That’s like the first 3/4th of the post.
The problem seems to have to do with you not getting your rates bandwidth from your isp?  Not sure.

if that’s it ISPs will frequently sell packages they can’t actually deliver.  The secret is in the “up to”

Often all I can do with posts like this is true and unsnarl the format and ask questions so people with better understanding can come in and actually answer questions.  I can’t seem to even do that though.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

I don’t see what your problem is, what exactly do you mean by this?
Do you have something with a wired connection that you can test like a laptop or another computer?

@Bombastinator Moral of the story is  that i will lose internet on my Ethernet but my wireless will never go out. sorry for making that complex and going into detail about other subject's that I tested out. @The_russian and yes I have gone through the testing with other devices with wired connections to make sure it was not a bad port on the router. and i have tested the cable prior to the install of the new cable when it was installed.

Does the ethernet and wireless go to the same device?
