NZXT 510 Elite fan issue

So I bought a new case recently, and I put it all together and booted my system. Everything worked amazingly. I go to boot the next day, and one of my front case fans isn't spinning. The LED on both fans are working, just the bottom fan isn't spinning. I looked at where they were plugged in, and the 2 front case fans are coming off the nzxt controller to a splitter, a 4 pin, then to a 3 pin, to another 3 pin. I have tried unplugging the fan into the other 3 pin, swapping the fan to the 4 pin and the other fan to a 3 pin. The only fan that seems to work is the fan plugged into the 4 pin on that splitter, even though I have been using this case for 2 weeks without having this issue.
