Need Folding Help

Hi, some need some folding help.  I'm, relatively new to this.

I'm running a GTX980ti classified in my first x16 motherbord slot. Should be running in x16 as GPU0. But is running in x8 according to GPUz. This is also running 2 1080p displays.

I have my old GTX960 SSC in my 5th PCIe motherboard slot. This should be running in x8 mode as GPU1.  But is running in x8 according to GPUz. I skipped slot 3 to give the 980ti some breathing room, it was getting toasty with them next to each other.

I have a MSI X99 SLI Krait Edition mortherboard, running a 5820k @4.5 ghz.

The 960 is taking 4-5 hours per work request which appears normal.

The 980ti was taking 2-3 hours per request which also appeared normal, and left the system usable for other tasks.

Not the 980ti is taking over a day to complete a request and leaves things unusable and glitchy for the most simple pc tasks. It's acting like its half the card the 960 is.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you done any troubleshooting so far such as removing the GPU slot and re-adding it on the F@H client? This could solve your issue.

Found the issue.  Even though I was only using 2 GPUs, because of the slot the second one was in it was treating as a 3-way, not a 2-way which shut down my performance.
