It's worth to set up my old gpu

I'm building a new rig with a rtx 2080 super and r9 3900 , and I have my old gpu a gtx 580 it is worth to put the gtx in the rig ? To process the physics or any other configuration ?

Why would you do that? I think you can only dual GPU with two of the same GPUs. PLease don't compare a gtx 580 to a gtx 2080 S.

I'm sorry no offense but I don't necessarily understand what you want ?

If you mean that you want to use it as a separate PhysX card - no, don't.

In games that use PhysX (which there aren't many) you'd lose performance as it'd be holding back the 2080S badly, and you'd have extra power consumption for no reason.

No. PhysX cards are a joke. Put the 580 up as a display piece or sell it for, like, 48 cents or whatever a GTX 580 is worth
