1660S is a very nice upgrade over the 1050Ti for sure.

There's the 2060KO that's a little over 300 usually but also quite loud.

I'd say wait another 2 weeks before buying because Nvidia is said to launch the new 3000 series soon, which might drive prices down

in the USA, if you are buying at 270, you should consider for new prices a 5600 XT 14gbps model or a used GTX 1080 IMO

What's your res and refresh rate? I would recommend a 1660Ti/1660S, or even a EVGA RTX 2060 KO. It depends on what your budget is.

Asus PRIME Z390-A | Intel Core i7 9700K | Corsair Vengeance 32GB DDR4 2400 | MSI GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER VENTUS XS OC | 256 M.2 SSD | 2TB SSHD WD

The GTX 1660S is a really good upgrade from the GTX 1050Ti, but if you find the RX 5600XT for about 270$, that'll be even better.

The 5700xt's have issues although I have a 5700 (non xt) and amd drivers have worked flawlessly so far.

A 5600xt with the updated bios is the best bang for your buck right now.

I haven't purchased a used one before, but it seems sound from a cost savings perspective.

Some people have had issues, some haven't. I haven't had any issues with my 5700xt.

AMD has claimed to have fixed many of the issues.

Hard to say.

Had I known about the updated bios, I would have gone for a 5600xt and saved a few dollars...
