How to move task manager to 2nd monitor?

Is there a way to get task manager to load up on my 2nd monitor? I play a game made in the crappy unity engine and its prone to freezing and hanging but I can't force close it because my task manager loads BEHIND the frozen game.

On my windows the apps always open where I closed them. So I guess move it over and then close it and open it again? 

 

Else I think Software like display fusion can do that for you too.

Just move it to the other monitor? It should reopen in the same place it was when you last closed it. You can also go into the options menu and turn on the "always on top" setting so it will show up on top of anything else you have open.

I have task manager open on my second monitor, I never close apps, so when I power up the next day it starts up on my second monitor in its home spot - not sure the issue just move it over and leave it there

I always have a 2nd desktop open which is accessed with win key + tab in the topleft corner. Nothing from your first desktop is rendered to the 2nd but all the processes are present in the task manager. So if you always have task manager open in the 2nd desktop you always get unfettered use of the task manager.

No one else mentioned this, but you can move applications that you have in focus to the left or right monitor with Windows+Shift+Left arrow or right arrow. I use it myself a lot to quickly move windows from one monitor to another.

Ok weird. SO I swear that I tried the " open on 2nd monitor, close, reopen to same monitor " method before to no success, but now its working? Maybe im just losing my mind.
